This yoga block from Yogasearcher is actually solid. It’s beige and made of cork, so it feels super natural and doesn’t slip. Works really well for stretches during yin yoga or if flexibility’s still a work in progress. Can use it for support in seated poses or to lift the hips in bridge. Even nice for relaxing stretches when lying down. Good to have one around at home or take to the studio.
