I bought both the High neck & Crew neck versions, both are lovely soft non itchy material. This one is slightly more roamy on the body, I would be able to wear a S, but if you want a boxy fit, M is fine. You can see the ribbed texture on the High neck whereas the Crew neck is smooth. Excellent value for money, happy with it. Hope it will last & wash well.
